If you’ve never experienced the Walk in Bethlehem event at St. Helena’s in Boerne, it’s one of the most unique and meaningful Christmas traditions in town. The church courtyard transforms into an immersive old-world Bethlehem, complete with live actors in character, bustling market scenes, camels, and a beautiful reenactment of the birth of Jesus.

Walk in Bethlehem will take place December 9 & 10, 2025, with walk-through experiences at 6:00 PM and 7:30 PM. Arrive early as lines get long quickly. It’s completely free.
