For an unmatched food experience, Kuhlman Cellars has an incredible bistro where you can enjoy favorites such as house-made roasted beet hummus, charcuterie plates, assorted sandwiches, and some delicious shareable bites, besides their best wines starting from only $10.
Another thing we like is that even if you can’t do their wine and food pairing, they have a sampler of what’s provided in that experience on their menu. Additionally, their renowned herbed almonds are addictive. Plump marcona almonds are expertly seasoned with smoked sea salt and a blend of herbs Provence. These crunchy delights make for the perfect snack anytime, anywhere.
While they do accept walk-ins, we highly recommend making a reservation to secure your seating.

Charcuterie boards range from $40 to $75 depending on servings, ingredients, type of meats and cheeses, and optional add-ons. Guests with diverse dietary preferences are warmly welcomed with vegan and gluten-free options. However, vegan boards require 24-hour notice.
And just when you think the cheesy adventure of Signor Creek Vineyards can’t get any better, Joanna’s Market, a farm-house-inspired eatery onsite, steps in. Think of it as your one-stop shop for mouth-watering sandwiches, delectable grab-and-go options, refreshing beverages, and non-alcoholic beverages.
Order any of their mouthwatering sandwiches, including the muffaletta, turkey, and cheddar sandwich, ham & cheese, or try some lighter sides like torres artisan chips or piedras chocolate almonds. We particularly like this one because you can grab a picnic table under the shaded trees or right by their vineyards for a truly memorable experience!

Texas Wine Collective, home to Hye Cider, also has Hye Thai, which is an Asian fusion spot with a tasty menu. Alongside an array of award-winning wines made from Texas grapes, the Texas Wine Collective menu features some of the most lip-smacking food, including pork belly buns, lumpia, and curry dishes.
It’s even known for its cute red double-decker bus, which they hope to use as a food truck to sell the food. The perfect trio of adult beverages, delectable cuisine, and a stunning ambiance at Texas Wine Collective can make any wine lover fall head over heels.
Texas Wine Collective also offers an exclusive tasting experience of food and wine pairings that’s definitely going to be the highlight of your Fredericksburg wineries tour. Stout’s Signature is a fantastic upscale restaurant option located at Grape Creek Vineyards. It’s only open to wine club members, but if you are one or know someone who is, the food experience at Stout’s Signature is worth every penny. Their signature meatballs and Daisy’s chicken salad sandwich are the talk of the town, and they are available for lunch from 11 am to 4 pm. They also serve pizzas, salads, and sandwiches, which makes them a perfect place for fast food lovers.
If you’re planning to visit in the evening, you absolutely have to order creamy Tuscan chicken and shrimp scampi from the dinner menu, along with their selection of great wines. Just remember that dinner is served only on weekends (Fridays and Saturdays) from 5:30 pm to 7:30 pm.
Just as exciting is their Sunday brunch menu, which includes pumpkin french toast, chicken and waffles, shrimp and grits, a breakfast burger, and other delicious breakfast finds. A sophisticated menu of small bites is also available daily from 11 pm to 5 pm on the wine club patio and main patio to elevate your wine tasting experience.
