Bakery Lorraine
I’ve seen a lot of people asking online if The William serves breakfast, and they do! They recently partnered with Bakery Lorraine in Boerne, recognized by Food & Wine as one of the best new bakeries in the U.S., to offer a breakfast-included package that’s truly a delight. We opted for this deal and savored a delicious breakfast for two at Bakery Lorraine, just a brief two-minute drive from the hotel.
The breakfast voucher cost us $15 per person, but the offerings exceeded our expectations. The passionately perfected pastries, Parisian macarons, coffee, breakfast parfait, quiche Lorraine, and breakfast sandwiches were simply divine, making it worth the quick trip every morning.

Cypress Grille
For lunch and dinner, Cypress Grille, located next door, was an absolute highlight. Owned by Paul Thompson and helmed by Executive Chef Kevin Babbit, this cozy restaurant has quickly become a local favorite.
What really stood out was the focus on fresh, locally sourced ingredients. From herbs picked straight from their garden to locally sourced meats and sushi-grade fish flown in from Hawaii, every dish speaks about the chef’s dedication to serving nothing short of perfection. I particularly loved the handmade pasta and wood-fired steaks, each paired with a wine expertly selected by Paul from their extensive list.
But here’s the real kicker. If you are too lazy to leave the room after a full day of exploration, this next-door dining can be transformed into onsite dining, with the hotel’s room service bringing the delicious selections of Cypress Grille’s menu right to your door. It was like having a fine dining experience in the comfort of our luxurious room, which was the perfect end to a day of exploring Boerne.
