Wondering about noise restrictions for your wedding venue in Texas? Here’s a quick breakdown:
- City authority: Most Texas cities have their own noise ordinances that set specific decibel limits and quiet hours.
- County reliance: Texas counties can’t create their own noise ordinances. They enforce state noise regulations, which can be less specific.
- HOA rules: On top of these, your venue’s homeowners’ association might have additional noise restrictions.
To avoid any surprises on your wedding day, it’s always a good idea to double-check the local noise ordinance for your venue’s location. This will help you plan your music and festivities accordingly.
