If you’re looking for a fun glamping experience, Geronimo Creek Retreat offers an opportunity to go glamping in a cabin in the trees! While planning a trip to Seguin, we were looking for a memorable stay! What I loved about Geronimo Creek Retreat was that it was close to the city but felt secluded. Excited for your next stay? Book here now!
With a mixture of treetop cabins, tree houses, and tipis, it makes for a perfect trip for a couple who wants to get away or for a family looking for a family reunion or a place where the adults can relax and the kids can play.
Our glamping cabin was cozy with all the modern amenities I wouldn’t expect! There were two beds plus a day bed, a dining table, and even a mini fridge and microwave inside. Crazy Summer heat? Not a problem with the in unit AC.
Right outside of the cabin we had a beautiful deck perfect for enjoying a cup of coffee and relaxing with a small are for cooking if you want to.
Right outside the cabin there was a restroom, but there are also onsite showers/restrooms just a short walk away.
Things to Do at Geronimo Creek Retreat
If you didn’t want to leave Geronimo Creek Retreat, you wouldn’t have to. There are so many things on site to keep people occupied. On site they had:
- A hot tub
- Outdoor game room with giant chess
- Giant Connect 4
- Hammocks
- Corn hole
- Indoor game room with pool & other activites
They also had a beautiful riverside area with kayaks, rope swings, and paddle boards. They have life vests on site as well.
Geronimo Creek Retreat: Final Thoughts
On top of being a super cool glamping retreat right outside of San Antonio, I loved how many on site activities that Geronimo Creek Retreat had! It’s a great all in one spot that my husband and I enjoyed for how relaxing it was. However, I would love to bring family back for a fun get together! The cabins were spacious, but they also have a tree house for larger family groups who want to be in one space. You could spend all your time here, but I would recommend getting out and exploring the beautiful and funky town of Seguin!
