The open kitchen concept keeps things lively, and those massive windows looking out into OKANA give you plenty to take in while you sip on a cocktail (or two). As one of the signature restaurants of OKANA, it’s the kind of spot where you can dress up or come as you are.

The Menu: A Little Irish, A Lot of Fun

Jack Rabbit’s menu brings Irish pub comfort with a refined touch and dedicated service. Whether you want quick bites, or something hearty, this place delivers. From crispy Irish Nachos to fresh mussels, tender filet mignon, and grilled Atlantic salmon, the menu offers a mix of comforting pub favorites and elevated dishes.

The fried mac n’ cheese comes perfectly crisp outside with a rich, melty center, while the IPA-battered fish & chips deliver a golden crunch alongside a side of tartar sauce. Were we full? Yes. But do I have a sweet tooth? Also, yes! The Jack Rabbit Layered Carrot Cake is fun for its presentation—thin cuts of long, multicolored candied carrots add a vibrant and unexpected twist. If you’re more of a banana lover, the Bananas Foster Crème Brûlée is another must-try.

While the Pecan Hazelnut Espresso Martini was calling my name, I ordered a Blueberry Spritz with one twist. I wanted a low-alcohol drink, and they made some substitutions to make it less strong! If you’re into a smoky finish, the O’Connor Old-Fashioned delivers a bold take on the classic.
